As an archbishop, Antoninus wears a pallium (the narrow tasseled cloth seen here with the crosses on it) in addition to the mitre and crozier identifying all bishops. The cowl visible at his neck would be part of his Dominican habit. No other attributes are included in the portrait, most likely because he is identified by the inscription below.
